My name is Liliane de Souza and I have been living in Knoxville since 2007 and since the moment I moved to east TN I completely fell in love with this place. Our family is complete with our daughter, our son, a dog, a cat, an aquatic frog, a beta fish and lets not forget the guinea pig. I started my journey in real estate when I decided to start flipping homes. That action motivated me to acquire my real estate license not only to further my education, but to give back to the community by helping others with their real estate needs. Before diving into real estate, I was a project manager for multi national company where I was able to work my way up throughout the 10 years I worked there. I enjoy meeting new people and get to know them and build long lasting friendship.
Knoxville is poised to keep growing in the next decade and my mission is to help all my clients, buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions, by making sure they are knowledgeable during the buying and selling process, assisting with any questions or concerns, and sharing market trends and the latest real estate news. I am proud to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with properties in Knoxville and the surrounding communities, but if you live out of state, I can also help you by referring a very good agent partner nationwide.
In the next few decades, Knoxville expects thousands of new residents to call this city home. The update of the city's zoning ordinance will help prepare the community for that growth, striking a balance between protecting valued traits of existing neighborhoods and creating vibrant new communities to accommodate all residents.
I enjoy spending time with my family, by going to the park, watching movies, swimming or any activity that I am sure will make them smile and happy. I also enjoy reading and learn new things every day. My favorite book was The Secret, where I truly believe that my thoughts can change my life directly and through positive thinking and attitude we can live a happier life.
Looking forward in meeting you.
Have a Blessed Day!
